Bull Fitness is a large and small group training facility. We focus on high intensity training to insure a great workout everytime. We only use the best personal trainers to run our classes to insure proper form and therefore limit injury and increase effectiveness. You can choose between small group personal training or large group fitness classes. The group setting inspires confidence, accountability and a little bit of friendly competition to keep you coming to class. If you are here, you are with an instructor and getting pushed to your limits. There are no slow days at our classes. Come ready to work and ready to get in the best shape of your life.
